Inspired by long summers growing up on the Menorca coast and leisurely Mediterranean lunches packed with flavourful ingredients, Mimi’s brings a laid-back European vibe to Weybridge.
Mimi’s bar and restaurant is a passion project for co-owners Sam and Nathan, who aim to bring the buzzy, high-quality dining experiences of London to Weybridge.
